I started taking L-Carnitine supplements*, and wow that stuff is amazing. Only two days after starting it, I pooped a landslide of poo. It also boosts my energy levels, so while I’m crapping I also jam to some sweet beats— my poop comes out quicker and with some steez. Burning calories and dropping LBs while I go number two.. that’s my kind of dump.

L-Carnitine is great because it aids in weight loss. I usually take L-carnitine when i want to reduce weight. I usually combine it with other food supplements and thermogenics
